By commissioning the artist (Kiana Hamm), you (the client) agree to abide by these terms. Please read carefully before proceeding. 

• The client agrees to pay the listed amount via Paypal; half the amount before the commission is started and half upon completion.

• The commission is to be used for personal purposes only, and cannot be used in a game, book, or collection sold for commercial use.

• The client is allowed to print the commission in a physical format but is not allowed to resell or mass produce the image.

• The client is allowed to repost the image online with proper credits to the artist.

• If the client backs out of the agreement during or after the commission is completed, they do not receive a refund for the first payment.

• If the artist fails to complete the commission, the client will receive a refund of the first payment.

• Changes will be finalized in each phase; once the artist moves to the color phase, changes cannot be made to the drawing, etc.

• The artist will be permitted to use the work in their portfolio and social media.
